What people ask us
Will I lose any car functions after fitting?
No. The module works alongside the original unit, not instead of it. Radio, CD, OEM Bluetooth, steering wheel controls, iDrive, parking sensors and the factory camera all keep working. You switch between the original menu and the module interface with a single button press.
Does the car need coding?
No. Installation is non-invasive, using dedicated connectors. No wires are cut and no coding is done on the car’s computer.
Does CarPlay work wirelessly?
Yes, both wirelessly (over Bluetooth/Wi-Fi) and by cable. The cable version has the advantage of charging your phone at the same time.
What happens to the sound?
If your car has audio streaming or ComBox, the module uses the car’s own Bluetooth, so quality stays OEM. If it doesn’t, you use the module’s Bluetooth, which has a built-in equaliser with Pop, Rock, Soft and Standard presets.
Can I connect a reversing or 360° camera?
Yes. Aftermarket front and rear cameras and 360° systems are supported. Guidelines move with the steering wheel where the car allows it.
How long does delivery take?
Orders confirmed before 2pm on a working day ship the same day. Courier delivery within Romania usually takes 24–48 hours.
What if I don’t know which navigation I have?
Place the order and we’ll get in touch. Send us a photo of your car’s menu on WhatsApp or by email and we’ll confirm the right model straight away, before shipping.
Can I return the product if it doesn’t fit?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract, with no need to justify your decision. Full details in the Returns and withdrawal section.
