Delivery and payment

1. Delivery area
We deliver anywhere in Romania by express courier. For deliveries within the European Union the lead time is 3–5 working days; please contact us before ordering for the shipping cost.
2. Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders confirmed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
- Delivery within Romania usually takes 24–48 working hours.
- If the product requires compatibility confirmation, dispatch takes place once we have received the information from you.
- The maximum legal delivery period is 30 days from conclusion of the contract, unless agreed otherwise.
3. Shipping costs

4. Payment methods
- Card online — processed securely by NETOPIA Payments over an encrypted connection. We do not store your card details.
- Cash on delivery — you pay the courier, in cash or by card.
All prices shown are in Romanian lei and include VAT at the standard rate of 21%. The final price is shown to you before you place the order.
5. Receiving your parcel
Please check that the parcel is intact in the courier's presence. If the packaging shows signs of damage, ask for a damage report to be drawn up and let us know within 24 hours, with photographs.
6. Transfer of risk
The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer at the moment they, or a third party designated by them, take physical possession of the goods.
7. Invoicing
An invoice is issued for every order and sent electronically to the email address given when ordering.
